Everything was great. Very roomy.

Very clean and great location. The neighborhood was loud. Sometimes neighbors were out revving engines and squealing tires as late as midnight.

The home is in a convenient location to both national parks and all that Moab has to offer. My family of 7 was very comfortable. Communication from the property manager was excellent.

The property was very nice however. The table leg on the table on the outdoor patio was broken. The ceiling fan on one bedroom did not work. Another bedroom the ceiling light and tv did not work. Toilet paper holder was broken in one bathroom and no spare batteries for tv remote that was about to die. I called manager no answer. I emailed and heard back next day and then we had figured out that problem was a tv was unplugged however I reached out again and nothing. I have stayed at places before and the manager was very responsive also the bathroom sink drained very slow
