In the heart of Mallorca’s most authentic countryside, “Can Xim” stands as a soulful retreat where time slows down and life unfolds at a gentler pace. With deep respect for the island’s rural heritage, the owners have lovingly restored the house, preserving its original structure and reviving unique features such as the old wood-fired oven — now transformed into a charming outdoor barbecue area.
The property offers around 300 m² of living space, distributed across two serene, light-filled floors, set within over 15,000 m² of land surrounded by nature. Every corner has been designed with care, blending traditional materials with modern comforts to create a space that feels both authentic and welcoming.
On the ground floor, three double bedrooms invite you to rest, complemented by a cosy living-dining room, a full bathroom, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. From here, doors open directly onto the terraces and garden, where the air is filled with the scent of rosemary, lavender, and thyme. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely meal outdoors or simply listen to the evening birdsong.

Second time we go to this house, and it was awesome again ! Great place (30min from all nice beach) et the house is very confortable with a very nice swimmming pool. Thanks for all !

La casa bien situada,muy grande y muy tranquila, pero nadie nos dijo que cada 2 dias tendriamos alli a la dueña 2 horas llenando un deposito de agua que nosotros no gastabamos , la verdad es que era muy incomodo . Deberian ir a llenar el deposito muy temprano y no cuando nosotros estabamos comiendo o bañandonos en la piscina.

“Responses from Planet Villas were very good. Owner was very friendly and even brought us a cake to enjoy one day. Her English is not great but she makes up for this in her enthusiasm. She attends the villa every other day to refill a water reservoir below the house. The villa had every amenity required but got awfully hot and the fans provided proved inadequate for the hottest of nights. The swimming pool and surrounding area was amazing and we made the most of this. We also spent a lot of time under the sails in the shade around the large outdoor dining table. Due to the remote location a car is absolutely necessary and we would recommend a day flight so as to arrive in daylight as I’m not sure we’d have found it in the dark. We enjoyed some great meals out at S’hora and Cala D’Or and loved our time on the whole at the villa and would recommend a stay here, thank you.”
