Great outdoor area, downstairs, & living room; location was centric to our family event and close to restaurants and retail. Well furnished and comfortable sleeping. Extra parking in driveway. A few minor tweaks needed….Some issues with lights and outlets; 1 kitchen chair leg loose; toilet seat loose; headboard lights not working; no facial tissues.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. We had 3 couples and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was co clean and tidy. The large couch in the living room was perfect for our morning coffee. The backyard was beautiful and spacious, we loved the fire pit and outdoor lighting, we ate dinner out there, played games, it was truly a relaxing experience. The house is very close to a Walmart, we walked there and it was pretty close to Red Rocks as well, maybe 20 minutes by car. Overall, we loved every minute of staying here and would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was great! The place was clean and looked recently updated. The kids were occupied by the games in the basement and the adults enjoyed the coffee bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was super clean and the game room was a hit with our family. Host was great and responsive.
