The dining table has room for 8 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, and a large countertop/bar.
The main level offers a queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two cozy twin beds. There is a second bathroom on the main level in the hallway. Upstairs you will enjoy the Master Bedroom with King bed, large vanity, and en-suite bathroom. The top floor also has a second bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

Excellent property. Very convenient to get to the gondolas. Small issue … place needs a kettle.

Place was great but run by a poor management company. We had trouble getting an access code, as the one sent was not valid note were subsequent codes. Once we got in it was fine. We just would book with someone else.
