Über diese villa dieses Ferienunterkunft
If you haven’t been to Rhodes before, this destination will magnetize you and will become your destination for life. Once you visit Southrock Villas and experience the enchanting atmosphere and warm hospitality of this amazing place, you will want to come back time and time again.
Blending brilliant whitewashed surfaces with the island’s white stone, we created a traditional complex of luxurious villas whose beautiful stonework evokes a feeling of rough grandeur. The result proves that respect for tradition can coexist in perfect harmony with the luxuries of modern amenities.
Southrock Villas is situated in the east-southern part of the island, in Lachania. The 2 luxurious stone-built villas are ready to welcome you and let you experience a unique and unforgettable accommodation. You can indulge yourself with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and relax while enjoying the sun. The peaceful sea is within 150 meters with its crystal clear waters.
This truly idyllic and unique retreat consists of two luxurious villas built with the utmost respect for the traditional Dodecanese architecture, in perfect harmony with the natural setting. The villa interiors are wonderfully spacious, tastefully decorated yet simple and elegant, equipped with all modern amenities that offer a genuine sense of autonomy, comfort and luxury. Private verandas provide access to an amazing pool, featuring unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and the spectacular sunrise. Southrock Villas is a truly authentic place that offers tranquil privacy and guarantees a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
All villas are fully furnished and equipped. Flat-screen satellite TV in the living room, completely operational kitchen, a private swimming pool and complimentary wi-fi connection.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is a little remote, but driving to places is easy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at South Rock Villas in Rhodes, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The villas is just like the photos—modern, spacious, and clean, with clear views of the surrounding landscape that show the natural beauty of Rhodes. The amenities were top-notch; the private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal—peaceful and secluded, a 30-40 min drive from charming villages, beaches, and historical sites. The attention to detail from the South Rock Villas team was exceptional. They were attentive, quick to respond to any requests.

We recently returned from a fantastic 2 weeks holiday at southrock villas. For a family of 5 with three young children (5,10,12), the 3 room villa was perfect in every way.
On arrival at the villa we were amazed at just how beautiful the was, the photos just don't do it justice! It far exceeded our expectations.
The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival and was equipped with everything a family could need during a 2 week stay. The pool was the perfect size and depth for our children, who spent most of their time having fun in the pool.
The whole pool area is very nice, and is not overlooked so feels very private and enables you to really relax. It was very hot during our stay (end of July), so was great that we could go inside to cool down if it got too hot. All the rooms have AC units and there is a large tv with access to netflix.
We had planned to drive around the island to various sites etc, but ended up staying at the villa most days only going out in the evenings for a meal at one of the many charming restaurants in the area.
The owner kyriakos, was fantastic, regularly contacting us on WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok, and was very quick to respond if we had any questions.
I can honestly say we enjoyed one of the best and most relaxing holidays we have ever had, and I have no doubt we will be returning to southrock villas next year!
Thank you kyriakos 🙂

We stayed for a week in this beautiful villa in three couples with three children.
The house is cozy, extremely clean and fully accessorized (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave).
The pool is perfect and clean, the nearest beach (not sand but pebbles) is wild and practically private. It's not really comfortable to reach with childrens but at 500 meters there is a beach equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The nearest supermarket is located 4/5 km away, it is absolutly essential to have the car.
I would recommend this accommodation to those who are looking for peace and tranquillity, the place is magnificent and the water is very clear.
