Welcoming country house near the village of Alcúdica.
Capacity for 4 people.
The house, 110 m² of rustic and charming character, offers plenty of privacy and views of the mountain and garden. It is located in an ideal area for children and in the residential complex.
A lounge with rustic stone walls, a sofa bed and a fireplace, an independent kitchen with ceramic hob, a full bathroom and two bedrooms make up the ground floor of the main house. The kitchen and lounge have direct access to the terrace, with its beautiful corners with flowers, shade and tables to enjoy the calm. A barbecue area and another bedroom with bathroom, adjoining the main house, complete the accommodation.
The adjoining bedroom has air conditioning/heat pump.
The plot is fully fenced.
A large swimming pool and spacious gardens and terraces with porches and sun loungers are waiting for you!
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties not permitted.
- GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ADMITTED.

This place was AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for better, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well cared for. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered right away even with language barrier, we never had any problems. 100% would recommend staying here.

We had a great time at the villa, it's located close to Alcudia town centre, shops, several beaches and coves and easy access to the mountains. Everything is exactly like the photos, the garden is quite big with lots of space and the property is private with several seating areas outside to enjoy. The main house of the villa itself is slightly older and needs a bit of TLC, but apart from that it's a good place to base yourself and explorejust enjoy the pool.

Whilst the cottagefinca is nice there are some problems which are not in the advert .The place isn't the easiest to find ,taxi driver didn't even struggled to find it .whilst you are not far from the town if you have young children and no car it's a fair old walk and you hardly see taxis on the road by the property.If you come in when it's dark it is pitch black and there is a long driveway to the property.Pool is full of wasps and whether it was just us we were eaten alive by mosquito's even though we took precautions Also for some reason the electricity kept tripping and then come back on which was a lot the last two days.I don't want to be to negative as the property is great and the pool but this was are holiday experience.
