This charming 3-bedroom 2-bath home is located at 38258 Anna B. Street on the ocean beach-side of Route 1, close to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches, and Silver Lake(the forgotten mile area). Downtown Rehoboth shops, restaurants, the boardwalk and beaches are within 2 miles north; and Delaware State Parks are located within 3 miles north and south. A sunroom touts a lot of seating and a full-size sleeper sofa in addition to the 3 bedrooms, An outdoor patio boasts 2 firepits, chairs and canopy umbrellas to relax while not at the beach. In 2020 a heated Salt water pool was added for the private use of the renters. This home is less than 10 mins walking time to Chesapeake Street Beach.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the pool. Beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were plentiful. We had a few inconveniences but each time our host was quick to resolve each issue. Would definitely come back!

Everything about this vacation house suited our family, including the spaces, furnishings, proximity to beach and downtown Rehobeth, and especially the pool. We were also comfortable having our dogs there. It was, overall, a relaxing experience. And the host was extremely responsive.

We had a really great time during our stay - the location was fantastic and we loved having the pool! What a treat! Owner was very responsive and helpful - she generously ordered new beach chairs and umbrella for us as well as a coffee grinder! Very thoughtful.

House is beautiful. Some things need to be fixed or changed but they are small. I had three problems. The outside patio was partially covered with a cute outdoor table. However, there was a scooter under that part of the patio so you could not enjoy the outside patio. They other part of the patio is covered but not waterproof so when it rained you could not sit outside anywhere. The only other problem was the pool was small not what it looked like in the photos. Also, the pool was supposed to be cleaned on Monday. No one showed up to clean the pool. I got in touch with the owner, she got in touch with the cleaning company. The company told her they were there and cleaned the pool. In the 7 days we were there they NEVER came and cleaned the pool. We cleaned it to the best of our ability. But as far as the house goes, its beautiful.
