The home felt like a home - comfortable, lots of space, up to date appliances, lovely pool, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Owner was very responsive and the pictures don't even show how large the rooms are.

The house was very nicely furnished and clean. We really enjoyed having the two car garage to get our cars in out of the heat.
My only complaint from our entire week there was the bed in the master bedroom was horribly uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it for others looking for a house close to all the beaches and stores in the area.

We visited in July, I knew it would be hot, but I expected to be able to cool off in the house. During the day the house temp would rise to 79, the AC was running all the time, it just couldn’t keep up. Property owner things that’s the best AC can do when it’s hot outside. It gets over 90 where I live too and my AC keeps my house at 70 no problem.
House comes with almost nothing. You will have to buy the basics, even things like TP, trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc, none of that is provided.
