The house was roomy and everything was clean (good thing since I paid a HEFTY cleaning fee). We were asked to put out the trash cans on trash day. We were asked to take out the trash, start dishwasher and put all towels in bathrooms when we left. The web site says they are flexible for check In and Check out times. I asked for earlier time (1-2 hours) for check in, which was 4pm, and we actually were not allowed in the house until 5pm, an hour AFTER out schedule original time. The cleaners were still in the house for about 45 minutes. There was a wasp nest on the door frame of a down stairs door. Notified owner but nobody came to take care of it, so we had to avoid the door. The windows in the lower level walk out bedroom do not lock!Kayak needs some maintenance.Couch in front room is very worn. There were decent bath towels and I liked the mattress but several guests said they were a bit firm. The one item I really liked about the house was that you could not heard people on other floors. This helped when some guests wanted to watch TV and some wanted to goto bed.

It was great each family had their own bedroom with their own bathroom. The house was centrally located to the activities we wanted to do.
