John's condo is a fantastic one bedroom in the heart of River Run. It's a short walk to the gondola with restaurants, shops, and a market just feet from the property. John was a gracious host who repeatedly checked in to make sure everything was okay. Easy to give this one five stars.

Skiing accessibility was good and we liked the location. the hot tup was not warm enough so we did not use it, the cleanliness of the room was not great (crock pot was dirtly, top of fridge was filthy and there was dirt and grime inside the drawers), the refrigerator drawer was broken, the chairs and table were wobbly and unsafe. The pull out bed was terribly uncomfortable - could feel the iron in the middle of your back, holes and overused cushions. This unit is very outdated overall. We stayed at the Marriott Vacation Resort in Breckenridge (ski in and ski out) for the same price earlier this same week. We did not receive our value here, sorry to say.
