This home was built with our dream vacation in mind. Nothing between the house and the white sandy beach and the crystal clear water of Santa Rosa Sound. The house is laid out perfectly for two or three families to vacation together. If you like the Gulf or the bay this house is perfect!

Location:
Navarre Beach is a beautiful, white sand, clear water beach that consistently ranks as one of the top beaches in the country. Located on Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the island.
• Very easy to get to from all directions
o Mobile is under 2 hours
o New Orleans is about 3.5 hours
o Baton Rouge is a little over 4 hours
o Montgomery is about 3 hours
• Far enough away from the more populated areas of Pensacola and Destin to be calm and quiet, but close enough for an easy (and beautiful) ride to take advantage of the restaurants and shopping.
Notes:
• Renters must be 26 years or older. No college or school age groups allowed without parental supervision.
• All parking must be within the driveway per neighborhood rules

My family really enjoyed the being able to swim in the sound (especially with the gulf side having double red flags most of the time we were there). We saw dolphins a few times, a couple of rays, and many types of sea birds.The property is spacious and appeared as advertised. The only things that we noticed that need attention were the door handles/locks (which is probably due to the salty air and humidity) and the ice-maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator indicated the filter needed to be changed. Otherwise, everything was perfect for our family's vacation.

The house was perfect! The elevator and parking was tricky but worth it for how nice the house was.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It fit our party of 9 perfectly. We loved being so close to the water. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. We had an electrical issue the first night and the host was very helpful and answered our questions quickly.

House was fantastic. Location was perfect. Parking was horrible. Description says 3 cars fit in the driveway and garage, but the front of the driveway is only wide enough for 1 vehicle. We were constantly having to move cars so somebody could get out of the driveway or into the driveway. Other than the parking, great trip!
