Fantastic new southwest villa located about 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains! The unit features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage. Newly furnished and tastefully decorated. Access is easy as guests received codes to access the unit and check in/check out is a breeze.
Relax on the shady, north facing patio after your day of adventures.

Guest Bed 1 (upstairs) Queen Bed, 40” flat screen
Guest Bed 2 (upstairs) Twin/Twin and Full/Full Bunk beds, flat-screen (sleeps up to 6)
Sofa Bed (downstairs) Queen Bed
There are two full baths upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. This unit is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. The kitchen can accommodate up to 16 people with plates and seating. There is salt, pepper, sugar, flour, and some spices.
A starter pack of amenities is supplied but not replenished during your stay. When you arrive, the condo will be stocked with 6 dish pods, 6 laundry pods, 2 sets of paper towels, 4 trash can liners, mini trash bags for each trash can, 2 toilet paper rolls in 3 bathrooms, some shampoo and bar soaps, liquid dish soap, and liquid hand soap.
Twin air mattresses and extra blankets are provided.
This unit is situated very close to the community amenities which offer:

The thing that stood out the most was how well-stocked the house was. Swim towels, towels, shower items, and all kinds of things in the kitchen! In all the places we have stayed, I’ve never seen a kitchen with as many tools to cook as this one. It made making dinners a breeze.When we had a couple hiccups, the host was quick to respond and help us work through the situations.The only other thing I’d say worth noting is that the upstairs room with bunks gets awfully warm. There is a small fan available at the house; however, because there is no overhead fan in the room, it doesn’t cool it off much either. If you have the ability, you may consider bringing extra fans to put in the room to assist with cool down! We had a great stay!

We love this property. Just as described, great communication with fast responses. Completely furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals daily. Loved having the garage for our jeeps after a day on the trails. The pool and hot tub were great too. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in this complex before. They are all usually nice and clean. Very easy access, and well stocked with items for your use. Will stay again
