FULLY equipped Luxury Villa. Bedroom #1 with a king-sized bed with a Serta pillow top mattress with protective cover, and a Smart flat screen TV and full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two full-sized beds, also with Serta pillowtop mattresses with protective covers and a smart flat screen TV. Also has a full bathroom and a sliding glass door to a private outdoor patio. All bed linens and bath towels are provided.
We also have lots of beach towels!
Full kitchen with all new GE appliances: oven and stove, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, 45 decibels quite dishwasher, large built- microwave and Keurig K-cup coffee brewer, coffeemaker, airfryer and tea kettle. Also supplied are kitchen cookware, bakeware and utensils.
Living area has a new large flat screen Smart TV. The villa has a very spacious feel with cathedral ceilings throughout, and the tropical decor make this your perfect island get-away! It is equipped with central air conditioning, WiFi (Wireless Internet- free service when you bring your own laptop) and two telephones: one for placing local calls and receiving calls from anywhere in the world, and the other for free calls to and from the U.S. and Canada. Outdoors, enjoy our new gas grill, the heated salt water pool on the premises, and tropical landscaping that separates each unit in this residential community of 25 villas.
Treasure Cay is a very secure private resort, ideal for swimming, boating, golfing (18 holes), and exploring the surrounding islands. Only minutes away, you can find the beach bars, restaurants, a post office, supermarket, liquor store, police and fire station, churches and a medical center, as well as cars, golf carts, bikes, tennis courts and boats for rent. The white powdery sand of the world-famous Treasure Cay Beach, one of National Geographic's "10 Best Beaches in the World" and turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco are just 50 yards from our doorstep.covers

There is ocean view as you leave the villa through the main door. But the villa has a wonderful patio space facing the pool which is about 50 feet away. Another 25 feet beyond the pool area is the parking lot. Head the direction opposite the pool and the sand beach begins within about 150 feet.Treasure Cay is a terrific find for those who want something close to the atmosphere of actual island life..... simple, quiet, friendly and beautiful. The villa itself is a lovely reflection of this.We are thrilled to have found this villa. The host was responsive to any inquiry and provided a great deal of very helpful information.

Host and property management was very communicative and responsive. The property is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is great with convenient access to the amazing beach and swimming pool. It was the perfect place to recharge ourselves. The local people are very welcoming and fun. There isn’t a place in Treasure Cay or the Abaco Island that wasn’t memorable!

This precious villa had everything we could have wanted! Every detail was thought of. We were beyond comfortable! Enjoyed making breakfast and a dinner with every nice quality appliances, cookware and utensils.
