Beachy 2 Bedroom on 2nd floor with white water views! Bedroom #1 has a Queen and Bedroom #2 a Twin over Full bunk. Living room has a cushy sofa sectional with an additional Full pullout! Private balcony with Ocean Views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for making family meals. Lots of seating room for dining together and lounging on the sofa for movie nights. Smart TV for Netflix Nights!

This is our second stay and we love this place! Convenient to everything. You can take a quick walk to the beach at any time. There's a quaint little coffee shop on the corner and a small grocer, again a short walk. Both of our stays we were on the upper floor, the floor plan allows you to open up the back of the house so you get the ocean breeze and you can listen to the ocean from the bedrooms. There is also a great porch off the back that's an amazing spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail with glimpses of the ocean. Great spot for families!

Everything was very nice. The only reason it has a poor review is there is no AC. It was peak heat no matter how many windows were open and how many fans we had going (we ended up buying more fans to set up) it was unbearable inside the unit. Got almost no sleep due to the heat. The bedrooms eventually cooled down late at night but my poor son had to sleep on the couch and the living room never cooled down. I would stay again but not durring summer.
