Charming barn conversion on the edge of the West Pennine Moors. Stunning rural views over farmland looking west towards the Fylde Coast. All towels, bed linen, heating etc provided. Well-behaved children and dogs welcome. Secure rear garden, and off-road parking for up to 2 vehicles. Spacious farmhouse kitchen with dual-fuel range cooker. Lounge with feature window, showing the stunning views across the garden and beyond. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, and 1 family room with double (bottom) bunk and single (top) bunk, plus cot. Travel cot also available which can be put in any bedroom. Bathroom with shower, bath, WC and basin. Downstairs utility room and WC. High chair and stair gates also available.

We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. The view is spectacular and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s easy access to motorways, but feels miles away. Yvonne was a responsive, gracious host. I just which we’d had more time to just hang out and relax at the house. We would return!

This old property has been well-maintained, was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It provided an excellent base for our planned activities and we would happily stay there again.

This property is located part way down a steep single lane farm track lane. Directions to the property were excellent and clear and the owner responded promptly to all my questions before our arrival.
We were able to enjoy lovely views from the property ,and on the whole, the property met our expectations. We would stay here again .
