HEATED POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING
Our premium gas heating system is a rare feature in an area where nearly all vacation homes rely on electric heaters, which is great for the cooler months (Oct-March). While electric pool heaters often struggle during cooler periods and may fail to reach comfortable temperatures, our gas system maintains ideal warmth regardless of outside conditions. No more disappointing "too cold to swim" moments or long waits for the water to warm up - your pool is ready for enjoyment any time, day or night, even during chilly spells.
The screened enclosure features:
• Six-piece outdoor dining set
• Comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing
• Pool floats provided
• Ceiling fans for comfort during warm Florida evenings
FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
We've thought of everything for our youngest guests:
• Portable pack and play
• High chair
• Baby swing
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Professional property management team available throughout your stay
• Driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles (additional parking available at nearby carport)
• Pool heating available ($35/day)
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
• Valid ID copy required
• Signed rental agreement and policy acknowledgment
Let us host your next Orlando adventure! Our experienced property management team ensures the home is impeccably maintained and is ready to assist with any needs during your stay.
