Building will have work done between October 19 and December 21, 2026. There will be work completed between 8am and 5pm. Painting and general maintenance.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.
We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, all new stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!
Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.
Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.
This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1, $175 for 2. or $225 for 3. No cats allowed.
We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

10/10 recommend! Lance was incredibly easy to work with and everything in the unit was great. Loved the 75 inch TV. Beach access is steps away and having chair service at the steps made everything super convenient. We’ll definitely be back again.

Everything was exactly as described!! Very clean unit, very convenient access to the beach and pool. Close to shops and local restaurants. Everything was very easy and the instructions were incredibly clear. Our host, Lance, was incredibly communicative and attentive. Thanks very much!!

The only shower in the master bathroom is off the master bedroom with no access except through the room. It is old and just looks nasty. The water pressure was fine then all of a sudden was non-existent and happened sporadically while showering. If you have 6 ppl staying, which the condo accommodates, the one bathroom would be a nightmare. The outdoor rug on balcony needs to be replaced at least weekly. It was saturated and the mildew smell was not pleasant. Would I stay again - probably not. Just wasn't up to our standards for the cost.
