We couldn't have picked a better apartment for our 4 nights stay in Milan. Very clean and comfortable, in a quiet area, close to grocery shopping and to Precotto subway station, with free parking on the street without any headache. And Guido was an amazing host!
Highly recommend this property!

This a great location to visit the Milano and the Lakes region. The train and subway are both easily accessible as well as to the highways. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and clean. A supermarket is in walking distance. The host is great and provided us with information about the activities in the area. We can recommend this property

Vary nice place to stay, the check in directions were complete and easy to follow. Plenty of room for the three of us.
Found a great local, non touristy Pizzeria nearby. It was perfect for us as for what we needed! Guido was very kind and patient in answering all our questions.

Our time spent in Milan and the Lakes region was made all the more satisfying because of the safe and convenient location of this Precotto rental with its residential atmosphere. All needed amenities were close by to make our occupation complete and transportation to Milan and the region was easy and accessible.
