The property’s location is very convenient - close to Main Street, shops, restaurants. The included amenities (pool, hot tubs, movie theatre, etc.) were easy to access and provided great entertainment for our children. The owners are great communicators. As Colorado natives, we will be back for another stay.

The condo location is excellent, close to both skiing and the town businesses. Everything is within walking distance. The condo is well stocked with almost anything you might need. Almost everything seemed to be relatively new and in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating. Host was very responsive. Two possible issues worth mentioning. If you want to spend time sitting on a balcony, this is not the place for you. The balcony is extremely narrow and not at all comfortable. Also, the parking garage is very tight. We had a large vehicle which made use of a few of the parking spaces nearly impossible.

This is our second time staying here and I can’t praise this place enough. We come to Breckenridge a few times a year and this is hands down the most amazing and comfortable place to stay. It’s spotless and feel's like a home away from home because of all the details Jackie put into the unit. She was always very fast to answer our questions and so kind. We were so happy here we ended up adding another night. The property is walking distance to everything in Breckenridge but it has so many fun amenities you don’t even need to leave.

We had a wonderful time at the Gathering Place. The location was perfect and had walking access to almost everything. Jackie was an excellent host. She was communicative and her instructions were exceptional. She had (a lot of) directions to the respective parking options if you did not want to pay to park. Check-in and check-out were easy. The condo is well provisioned. There was a fan, humidifiers, extra blankets and a some toiletries. I loved the wood burning fireplace which we used most nights even though it was spring temps. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything is labeled so it is easy to find. There were spices, oil, cooking spray, foil, plastic wrap and storage containers. We have stayed in a lot of vacation condos and those may seem like little things until you need them. We cooked in three nights, ordered in one night and ate out 3 nights. Access to Main Street is about a five minute walk and is fun to explore, go to happy hour or grab dinner. 'The Village @ Breck' had everything as advertised although we did not take advantage of them. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the lift and even shorter to get back to the condo. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
