The apartment was big, clean. warm. The building was superb. Great location - close to the Belvedere and to the public transport.

Angelika was very kind and helpful, she helped us with how to get to the house. She accepted our request for earlier check-in. Her hospitality was very warm. The house was very comfortable for four people which was us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. There is a metro nearby and a tram that connects the area with the center, if you want you can of course walk, but if it's cold it's convenient to take the tram. In the night we returned home from the center by taxi which cost around €10.
There is nothing negative except that the heating in the evening was not very strong (Sometimes it was closed at night) and we were cold.

Beautiful place, spacious and very well maintained. All amenities provided. Great host. Comfortable bed and ample linen. Rennweg is close by and is very well connected.
No lift in the apartment, slightly troublesome if you are travelling with luggage.

Everything was excellent! Angelika met us at her office located at the same house and showed us the appartment. It is light and spacy, in a renovated vintage house. It has a large guest room and a bedroom with everything you need - nice sofas, a bigger table for having our meals and a smaller one at the sofas; a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, excellent beds, a TV in each room, a kitchen with all household appliances and a dish washer, and a spacy bathroom with a washing machine. And a perfect welcome surprise in the fridge - a bottle of Prosecco 😊
Angelika is a perfect host - she promptly replied to all our inquiries before our visit, she also allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, and she suggested the best public transport connections and closest food shops.

You have to take into consideration that there is no lift in the house - we knew it and it was ok for us.

Feels like home, all amenities are there. The place is spacious, quiet and absolutely clean. The host is extremely helpful, solve problem in an efficient way.
The only comment I have is not walkable to the city center but the transportation is handy in the area. I guess it's paid off when the rent price is reasonable

Very clean, modern, and spacious apartment with everything you need, also for longer stays e.g. with a washing machine.
The basket for the cutlery in the dishwasher was a bit broken so sometimes the knives fell through it. But once you knew about it, it wasn't a major issue. Nothing else to complain about!

It is a remarkable apartment and you must be impressed of the quality of the accommodation. Dishwasher and washing machine are existed in the flat.
Please put extra cutlery.
Please change the iron table because it looks so dirty. I did not even think to iron my clothes over it.
There is no elevator and the flat is located on the fourth floor. It is a demanding task to carry your belongings to the flat :)
You can not park over the streets because of the regulations in Vienna. You must find a parking area for your car. You may choose around 20-30 minutes away from the flat by public transportation and you can reach not only your car but also every significant place by taking 24 or 48 hours pass ticket for public transportation.

The apartment itself was fantastic. It was clean, well furnished and, I believe, had brand new appliances. It was also totally quiet even though the tram was in our view. We really enjoyed the apartment's layout and its amenities.
I should have done better research on the apartment's distance from public transportation. It was a perfectly easy and doable walk, about 12 minutes or so, but it just seemed long every time. Also we weren't able to use an elevator to get to our apartment. It was fine, but just more steps, when you might be tired from a day of being a tourist.

There was everything for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and quiet. Pleased with the free water and champagne upon arrival, a lot of capsules for the coffee machine.

Close to the center of the city (3rd district), very nice apartment, complete with everything you need.
Very nice staff, we even found a bottle of prosecco in the fridge!

The apartment was immaculate and beautiful. It has everything you need for a stay. The owner provided free wifi, soaps, coffee and a nice bottle of Prosecco for us. I felt really safe and comfortable there. The beds were perfect.

The building is recently renovated and is very clean. The building is located in a quiet area, with easy access to public transport and very close to most of the tourist attractions in Vienna, but also to the commercial area.
The apartment is equipped exactly as in the description and you can find absolutely the whole comfort for a pleasant stay.
We were accommodated on the 3rd floor (the building having mezzanine, but also higher floors than standard) and we had to go up the stairs every day (on the first day we went with the luggage).
The bathroom had two separate rooms: one with shower tub, two sinks, washing machine, and the other room (close somehow) was for the toilet and with an extremely small sink. In fact, we had no place to turn or bend inward :)
