The condo itself was fantastic!!! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 6. Maybe it was just the timing, but the grounds needed a lot of work. The pool was shut down the only day we had set aside for a pool day (which was a huge bummer with 4 kids). The basketball goal, volleyball net were not functional. Playground was overgrown and pretty beat down. Picnic table next to the building had apparently been a party spot for someone (solo cups and vomit all over). Condo was great if you need a relaxing spot to come back to after a long day at Dollywood or exploring. But the grounds were not maintained very well while we were there.

Great place but some cleanliness issues. Bath mats were dirty. Extra bedding closet also had issues. Would still recommend facility.

We had a baby crawling on the floor, within just a couple of minutes after arriving his knees were filthy, evidently the floors had not been mopped. I found a mop in with the washer area that was black on the pad. I mopped over the floors myself! I’ve stay in a lot of places and didn’t feel this one was stocked very well.
