This is the second time we stayed at one of Jean’s properties in Manitou Springs and both times we had a great stay. I will definitely stay at this house again. The rooms were very clean, new carpets, and directions were clearly communicated. The kitchen had pots, pans, coffee mugs, dishes, bowls, and silverware. Would definitely like to come back with my family some time. Thank you!

Pros: location! Fantastic views! Really unique old house. Plenty of space for my family of 6. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo. Felt very clean overallCons: mattress and pillows desperately need updated. Word of caution: price quoted is for 2 people. Additional charge for each guest. (This is mentioned in description, but we missed it.)Stairs to house and in house are very narrow and steep! Owner mentions this. Just be sure to consider if you have any older people. But, overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if in the area.

Property is perfectly located. We were able to enjoy all of the points of interest. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to visit the Cliffs Cave Dwelling, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and Garden of the Gods. We also rode the Cogway Railway which is a short walk from the home. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the enclosure made it even more comfortable. This property checked every box and we look forward to returning!

The house itself was in good working order. Its an older house but was cozy. The stairs to get to the house and to leave were diabolical. I would not reccomend this home to anyone older with physical difficulties or anyone with kids.
