The Primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a luxurious King bed for restful nights. The guest bedroom offers a Queen and Twin bed, ensuring ample space and comfort for family or friends. In the living room, find an additional sleeping option with a Full sofa-sleeper, making this condo ideal for up to 7 guests.
The heart of the condo, a fully equipped kitchen, awaits your culinary adventures. Enjoy your creations at the dining table or on the expansive private balcony accessible from the living room and primary bedroom, offering majestic Gulf views.
Tastefully decorated, the condo boasts tile floors throughout, enhancing the beachy vibe. Modern conveniences such as a washer and dryer, and free wireless internet access ensure a comfortable and connected stay.

The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Nice location in Orange Beach. Condo was comfortable and fairly well stocked. Seemed clean upon arrival, but found a used washcloth in the shower. Initially had unsecured Wi-Fi, and after the company changed out all the cable boxes and routers in the building (during our stay) we were left without access to the Wi-Fi. The security code for the condo was changed before checkout, so we had to make sure someone stayed behind while loading the car.

The balcony overlooking the beach was the highlight. Thanks for all the big table and extra seating! We were able to walk to 3 restaurants and drive quickly to several others, so the location is perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed, but take them at their word that you need to bring extra toilet paper and blankets. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, location and everything was perfect. We will 100% be back! Such a cute and cozy condo. My only reason for the 4 star review, is that the place could have been cleaner. My 1 year old was crawling around when we got there and had black residue on his knees and feet. We got the extra bedding out for the pull out couch bed and chip crumbs fell out of the sheets. Not exactly what you want to see. Everything else was fabulous. The beach access, the pool, the condo.
