Aspen Grove Getaway is the upper level of the townhome. The lower level of the townhome is also available as a vacation rental (see our Wild Flower listing.)
Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other.
A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.
Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath, and a walk-in closet.
This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other.
Please be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9 p.m.

To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit packed with the essentials. Inside, you will find an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, an extra roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two to three garbage bags, sample-sized shampoo and conditioner, and a small bar of soap. We also include two to three laundry powder packs (if applicable), four to five dishwashing pods (if applicable), and liquid dish soap. Think of this handy kit as your vacation launchpad! If you run out of these items during your visit, you will just need to pick up or bring along your own additional supplies.

Was exactly as presented. Very conveniently located to downtown as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean and in great condition. Will try to stay here again!

Great property! Quiet, clean, and accommodating. We used the two-car garage to park our vehicle and the entry code system to get into the unit was easy to navigate. We visited in the summertime, so we slept with the windows open and fans (no AC) without safety concerns, since the windows are all on the second floor. The unit is the upper unit of a two-unit building – each level has its own address. It was a little tricky to find at first. Just make sure to stay to the left when turning right from the main road. There's a small playset that kept my three kids (under 12) entertained for a bit during each day of our stay. It's a communal playset, but they had it all to themselves. Again, the area is quiet! We also played ladder golf on the driveway since that was large and just for us. There's also a lovely 4-mile path that's a short walk from the property. When facing the main street, cross the street and turn right. You'll need to walk a short distance to the start of the walk, but it's definitely worth it. A playground starts it off, then a lake and beautiful meadow. We'll be back, for sure!!

We had a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, though it could have used a stepstool - I'm short, and getting to anything on the upper shelves was almost impossible. Both bedrooms were comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure.

Generally speaking, I liked this property and it is as advertised. Conveniently located and tons of wildlife. However, if you require AC when you sleep, this place may not be for you. For example, we came during a time when it was 40 F in the mornings and around 70 F in the afternoons/evenings (Late Sept). As advertised, there is no AC, however the cool mountain air did not do a good job cooling down the apartment at night. And we had all the windows open. So, if AC is important to you and it is Summertime, Spring, Fall but not yet cold, you might want to look elsewhere. The other thing we noticed is that, you are above another apartment and when you walk, you easily make noise, I felt a bit guilty for this. Keep this in mind, if you do decide to stay here. Other than that, it is a nice property, worth the consideration.
