This three bedroom, three bathroom ski condo is located in the desirable Sunrise Mountain area of Killington. You'll walk in to a two-floor, loft style condo with gorgeous mountain views. On the main floor you'll find a bedroom with two bunk beds, full bathroom, living room with balcony & fireplace, dining area & renovated kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor & you'll find the primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom with sauna & jacuzzi tub along with the twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out & enjoy the fire or views. The condo is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services & fireplace. The deck is the perfect place to take in the mountain views in any season.
• Ski on/off: This property is ski on / ski off only when the Sunrise trail is open. That trail is snow dependent and usually open from January to March. No refunds will be given if trail is closed, so please check before booking.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front entryway. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The indoor pool, spa facilities and outdoor hot tub are open from Thanksgiving to Mid-March only. The outdoor pool and tennis courts are open Memorial Day to mid-September. Hiking trails are open.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The unit was nicely located with trail access. The unit was a little old and beat up but not too bad. The biggest issue i have is with the bunk beds that were clearly designed for children, not adults, and the room was very small, so my guests were uncomfortable.

Water leak in window of master bedroom was an inconvenience as it left about 6 feet of carpet by the window completely soaked.

We've stayed in a number of condos in the area and appreciiate easy access to the lifts when snow permits. This is a pretty typical ski rental, ticking the boxes of what we needed.

Perfect ski in ski out location. Unit is as represented. Issue on check in when we arrived it was uncleaned and we spent first hour of occupancy with the cleaning crew. Also was ongoing leak in master bedroom from roof which saturated the carpet. This was obviously of long standing duration and rather disgusting.
