We recently stayed in this property February/March 2026. The house has a wonderful layout and was generously stocked with starter supplies, as well as dishes, pot and pans, utensils, towels, blankets, and sheets. The location is awesome and we would definitely rent again. We found Down Home Properties and the owners of the home to be very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

This home was the perfect spot to spend a few months while waiting for our home to be built. The house is well equipped and comfortable. It is located in a great spot - close to pools, rec center, Middletown, and Eastport. Paddock Square and Sawgrass are short rides away. The neighbors are friendly and helpful.
