This spacious and family friendly 5-bedroom home sleeps 12 of your favorite people, perfect for getaways and get togethers! Located in the desirable Dollar Point neighborhood, the house is close to beaches, your favorite ski resorts, great hiking and biking trails and the bike path to Tahoe City and beyond. You will not have to work hard to find bakeries, coffee shops and top restaurants very close by.
The roomy home has great gathering zones. The top floor is all open space with a high vaulted ceiling, large kitchen and an inviting living area with two sofas, gas fireplace, and access to the deck. The kitchen is well appointed and with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and coffee maker. ***PLEASE NOTE THE DISHWASHER IS CURRENTLY OUT OF SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE REPAIRED FOR YOUR VISIT. The large dining table and additional kitchen counter with seating for two allows everyone to gather together. An outdoor deck with gas BBQ and dining table makes summer dining perfect. There is a half bath on this floor too. The Master bedroom is upstairs with a King Bed and bathroom.
Downstairs is another lounge/living area and TV room. The four other bedrooms are downstairs along with the washer/dryer, exterior door to the deck, and a full bathroom. The garage will also provide access to this lower level. The left bedroom has a king bed, the bedroom to the right has a queen bed, next has a king bed and the fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The house also has a one car garage, and two nice decks.

* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning.
* The Pac Man game featured in the photos Does NOT Work. It is just here for decoration
* We do not guarantee BBQ will be accessible during winter months.

* Max Occupancy: 12 people
* Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. 1 in the garage, 3 in the driveway. There is no street parking. All cars must fit entirely in the driveway.
* Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
* Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000
Dollar Hill HOA
Dollar Point is a perfect Tahoe getaway location with convenient and easy access to Skylandia Beach in the summer and minutes to the Tahoe XC center for winter cross-country skiing or snowshoeing. Alpine ski resorts are nearby also to round out your winter fun. The closets resorts are Palisades Tahoe, Homewood and Northstar.

Great house fit our large group of family and friends

This is a good property for those wishing to access multiple ski resorts in the North Tahoe area. Close to Hwy 28 (main road) but still quiet. House was well laid out and appointed/cared for. But, that feature that is so prominent in the listing photo, the fireplace was broken and owner chose not to repair it. That's a big ticket item for us, especially in the mountains, in the snow, it adds a lot. We did receive a credit, without asking, but felt it was token gesture given the total amount paid and losing the main amenity. We enjoyed our stay and it is a great cabin...just really missed the fireplace. Surprised the owner chose not to repair considering.
