La Vittoria 10 is a traditional Tuscan Country Villa surrounded by greenery, forests and our olives grove. Strategic location for easy access to the many hot springs in the area, Bagno Vignoni, San Filippo, and to visit Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, amazing towns from the Tuscan Renaissance. Montalcino with its worldwide famous Brunello's vineyards is only 40 min driving from home. We can arrange private Wineries tour and tasting at the most prestigeous wineries. The apartment measures 300mtq. and it has two large , cozy and extremely comfortable suites with bathroom ensuite, that can accommodate up to 8 people. The large rooftop lounge welcomes you with its comfortable sofas after a day of hiking and exploring .The large professional kitchen is at your disposal if you want to enjoy a dinner in total freedom! The fireplace room will give you moments of warm intimacy in the colder months, perhaps enjoing a good glass of wine! Original High ceilings with exposed beams, fine furnishings, the comfort of the beautiful beds , and top quality linen are the strengths of our house. New HOT TUB in the garden, facing hills! Full assistance for any need, and children are welcome!

This could not have been a more amazing experience. The apartment we stayed at felt like home. We look forward to coming back and staying with Fulvia again. She got us restaurant reservations, an in house Massage and fired up the wood fired hot tub. All last minute. Best host ever! No better place to stay!

What a lovely villa to call home for a few days! The villa itself is so big while also being cozy, the beds comfortable, the grounds beautiful, the view of the landscape breathtaking. We couldn't ask for a more helpful, lovey host who goes above and beyond to attend to her guests' needs. The venue has a hot tub that Fulvia offered to heat up for us if we were interested, and we enjoyed a glass of wine on the sunlit patio each evening. Be sure to bring layers if you visit Tuscany during chilly times of the year. The location is quiet and perfectly situated in the area we enjoyed. What a wonderful time my family had!

This is a marvelous property and the owners Fulvia and Umberto couldn't be more welcoming, helpful and sincerely nice people. I wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Tuscany. It was the highlight of our trip.

"La Vittoria 10" in Chianciano Terme, a former hotel-restaurant that has been refurbished to a rather heterogeneous design and composite decoration, is admirably located for those wishing to visit the Val d'Orcia or, more broadly, to explore Tuscany, thanks in particular to its proximity to the A1 freeway exit. Fulvia, the hostess and owner of the property, is always on hand to offer a warm welcome. It's worth noting - and this is not explicitly mentioned in the descriptions - that the property comprises 3 separate apartments: that of the owners, who live on site; a large upstairs apartment with ample views of the surrounding countryside, but without direct access to the garden; and a smaller apartment for a second group of tenants. Although all the occupants of the site were charming, we "enjoyed" the owners' conversation (under the windows of the main apartment) at mealtimes. This is an important point for those looking for a secluded place to spend their vacations in the silence of the countryside. It should also be noted that, despite three networks, Internet access is not always fluid.
