- Elevator service may be slower because of the remote beach location.
- We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.

Bringing a pet or would like the pool heated? Those can be arranged for an additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets and on the cost to heat the pool. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
