NEW Air conditioning in bedrooms! Everything you need for a beach vacation-- bikes (very used), beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. NEW Smart TV in the family room, strem your own Netflix, Amazon prime video, or stream to the TV right from your phone without logging in. Direct TV included. Master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins (and a queen air mattress for guest 5/6 if needed) . Internet, 2 flat screen TV's, washer and dryer. Located one court South of the roller coaster (Ensenada Court), beachside. One parking spot in our carport.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! Perfect location, awesome patio, and a great size for our family of four. The condo is clean and has all the necessities you need. We had so much fun and hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and to Mission Bay. It was nice to have a beach or bay option. Our host was really easy to communicate with. It was appreciated! We would stay again.

We did love the property but construction was happening daily… a jackhammer was used for 2 days continuously… location was great , description was great , but construction was not .
