Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining, beautiful tropical beaches with breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous hiking trails. Its quite, private and tranquil location makes it a perfect place to come back and relax after a long day of exploring the beauty of Kauai. The master bedroom is completely separated from the Loft area with a wall and a door (unlike other units that have the bedroom open to the loft), it has a King size bed and its own balcony. This is a great property in Princeville. You get a peek of the ocean from your back patio, but there's also an amazing huge tree that makes the perfect view. Kitchen is well stocked and even had a soft sided cooler that we utilized for long beach days. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we got a ton of use out of as well. Each room has a ceiling fan and a floor fan that kept us cool enough at night with no A/C. The pool is small, but has an 8ft deep end and our kids LOVED it. Foodland is close by for easy access to groceries (though we hit Walmart in Lihue before driving here).

This property did not have a direct ocean view. The ocean was only able to be seen when you stepped outside and got in the golf course. The townhouse was moderately clean.

It is a beautiful place and decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen was very impressively equipped with great utensils and appliances. We had to put a pillow on each side of the step as you enter with an open space to go to the main level as all three of us fell one time. I was mildly irritated that the owner would not opt for a Blue Ray DVD player we had asked for and we had to haul one to and from in our luggage. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror someplace in the unit. Also, an air fryer would have been great. Otherwise, it was a delightful place to stay.
