Beautiful townhouse nestled among towering live oaks. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, and a double-bed size sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six comfortably. Small deck off living room with table & chairs. Awesome roof-top deck with views of the Capitol. Eat-in kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, glassware and utensils. May be combined, pending availability, with Eleven Oaks Suite to provide accomodations for eight people. Both Your hosts, Janelle and Ted, are on call to meet any need. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, indoors and out. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is not an STR party house. Occupancy is limited to six. Gatherings of people in addition to the renters is prohibited without the express permision of the hosts.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Once again the experience was great and exactly what we needed. I really appreciate the little things that the host takes care of that really makes the stay super easy. Examples are coffee and coffee filters, and a few of my favorite drinks in the refrigerator. This means I don’t have to find a grocery store when I’m tired and just want to relax at the end of the day. Great place and I’ll be staying here anytime I need to be in Austin!

Had a fantastic stay here! There were 4 of us traveling together for a long weekend, and this spot was perfect - great location, very welcoming hosts, and the house was lovely. Everyone had a wonderful weekend and we would highly recommend this to anyone!

Research the parking issues ahead of time. Our host was kind enough to help with parking for us but if you have others coming to visit you while you are there, let them know they must pay to park and then walk to the rental. Just get familiar with the area before you go. Our host was very helpful.

Overall, I rated this property three stars. One star because I’ve never had such good communication with a property owner before. Also, the extra touches were above and beyond such as plenty of extra toilet paper and tissues. And good coffee! Another star because the location was perfect. We came in for the Formula One race and because of this location, we avoided almost all of the hotel shuttle congestion. We also had easy access to a plethora of restaurants. The third star is for the property itself. It was the right size and the right balance of city and suburban living. The -2 stars are because sleep is very important to us and the first night we were awoken by someone yelling and then multiple times by creatures screeching then in the morning by six different trash trucks and then by the business across the street with people leaving their cars and entering business cars so there was constant on and off of the car alarms. All things considered I can’t say for sure whether we would stay here again or not
