The expansive living room features two separate lounging areas with a kiva fireplace on one side and a gas fireplace on the other. The couch folds out into a queen sleeper sofa for your use.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully functional kitchen radiates Southwestern charm and detail. Seating for four is available at the dining table, and two additional seats are available at a breakfast bar.
BED AND BATH
The bedrooms are separated for extra privacy and are complete with king and queen beds. The king bed can be split into twins per your request. The bathrooms have been lovingly remodeled with bathtubs and lovely tile work.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Casa Lola features a beautifully landscaped and fully fenced yard with brick and flagstone patios. With outdoor seating for eight, this is an ideal setting to enjoy the native aspen and fruit trees that surround the home.

Casa Lola is a charming, traditional property in the perfect location to enjoy a wide range of Santa Fe activities. The Railyard, Contemporary Art Museum, Rail Runner train and Farmers Market (and the fabulous International Folk Art Market in July) are within easy walking distance. All historic Downtown, with its galleries, museums, and restaurants, is easily accessible by car within five minutes. (Best to leave your car in one of the parking areas there when you head off to Canyon Road.) Nearby St. Francis Drive and Cerrillos Road can get you easily anywhere else. Our family of five fit in nicely with the two bedrooms, two baths, large living room, large kitchen, and a garden with patio, lawn, and shade trees. Including the grandparents, our Fourth of July cookout for seven was easily accommodated. The cute kitchen had everything we needed. New washer and dryer and minisplits much appreciated. Thank you, Casa Lola!

Beautiful casita with wonderful outdoor space as well!Well equipped kitchen and very convenient neighborhood!Comfortable bedrooms and beds. Beautiful bathrooms. Just a great place! I would go back for sure!
