Great location is a beautiful part of Spain. Highly recommend staying here.
Having some essentials on hand would be very helpful, like Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper, paper towels and some clothes washing powder. Generally would only use a small amount so would make it viable to have these in the apartments for guests to use.
