Style and furniture locations were spot on with the pictures. It definitely looks newer and more recently renovated in the pictures which is a little different from in person. Living room and kitchen were still very nice. Bathroom and shower was a little outdated. With that being said, it was kept very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean. The location was great for spring training and Old Town Scottdale, and we loved that it has a balcony and is on the greenbelt. Unfortunately we did not know ahead of time that the greenbelt was under construction, which was disappointing. The condos are dated with thin walls, and the shower could have been better. Everything (except the bed!) could use an update. The people in the office were helpful, and the grounds were well kept.

While the location and condo were fine, there were a few things that were overlooked. The advertisement stated check in time was 3pm, but the manager said 4pm. We chose the condo because we could get in at 3pm. A few hand towels in the bathroom were lightly stained, icky. The furniture was different unlike the pictures. The ottoman needed to be cleaned. Two saucepans and the fry pan were left with sauce and light grease residue. I found it odd that the condo did not have a cutting board or oven mitts. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The pool was nice. I like that the condo is on a greenway.
