This luxury apartment features a magnificent bedroom with a queen-size bed, an impressive 60 cm-high, ergonomic, extra-firm memory foam mattress that can be used on either side, fabric with a thermoregulatory treatment, and a spacious closet.
The bedroom opens onto a balcony with a breathtaking view of Toledo Cathedral. Stepping out of the bedroom into the living room, you’ll find a very comfortable 150×190 sofa bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can feel right at home.
In the kitchen, you’ll find the finest extra-virgin olive oil from Jaén, vinegar, sugar, coffee, salt, and spices, a complimentary bottle of wine, some sweets (palm-shaped cookies, cupcakes), tea, and coffee—and let’s not forget the filtered water from our reverse osmosis system, so you can enjoy the best filtered water without having to buy heavy bottles and carry them around.
We also can’t forget the full bathroom with top-quality fixtures and finishes, including a spacious shower with a pleasant, endless supply of hot water powered by aerothermal energy. In that bathroom, you’ll find shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and amenities such as a sewing kit, shower cap, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. To make your bath even more enjoyable, you can connect via Bluetooth to our speaker and enjoy the music of your choice.
It would be remiss not to mention the extremely powerful ducted air conditioning system, which will make your daily life very comfortable during the hot months and provide heating during the colder months.
