The Space:
Mountainside Falls is located about a 5-mile drive from downtown HELEN GA! This cabin is a custom-built home specifically made for our program. It was designed with every detail in mind and is very well maintained.
Built into this cabin’s 3 stories, are a master bedroom with master bath, living room and kitchen, upstairs bedroom with 2nd full bathroom, and downstairs bedroom, (with a 3rd full bathroom), game room, and a built-in SAUNA. You will ENJOY the kitchen with a eat at bar and open design of the main floor. After dinner, take a walk downstairs and join the kids in the game room where you’ll find a pool table, SmartTV with Roku, queen bed, and the cedar sauna. Or you could spend your evenings watching the sunset rocking in a chair on the complete wrap around deck.
Whether you use the Sauna, Indoor Jacuzzi Tub, Hot Tub on Back porch, play a game of pool, or just sit in front of the wood fireplace, you are sure to have the time of your life at this AMAZING cabin.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet
Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.
Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste
The road to this cabin is gravel.
The maximum number of vehicles in the driveway is 4.

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday
We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee. Be sure to bring extra of these items and any other items you may need for your stay

Check in was a breeze, they send you an email with all the information. Cabin overall is nice. As others have stated, it is a bit dated and in need of a little TLC. Beds were comfy. Showers have removable shower heads (big plus for me). Hot tub got to temp just fine, though controls were meh due to age. Lots of spider webs and spiders around the deck area. We had to wipe down the kitchen counters due to an unknown sticky substance on them including the table (possibly from a cleaning agent not fully removed?). Couches are showing age, but comfy as well. Parking area is very tight, so if you drive a truck like I do, it's easier to just back in from the road. The road from the main highway to the house is all gravel and obviously very hilly. Prior to the stay, the host was very communicative. During the stay, we did call and ask for specifics on where to place the trash can. We received neither a call back nor an email. And for clarification from the photos, the main floor bathroom IS the master bath with a door to it from the kitchen and from the master bedroom. The other 2 bathrooms are on their respective floors.

It was nice to have the hot tub, the sauna and the fireplace especially when it is cold. My husband was excited to play pool but unfortunately the pool table’s rails are falling apart so the balls wouldn’t bounce right. We still had a great time with great friends!

Host was great. Location was great. Some things needed to be repaired. There were plenty of boards on the lower and upper decks that need to be replaced. Holes were forming and boards were rotting away on the upper and lower deck.
