Step into the Primary suite and discover a serene space featuring a plush King bed, direct balcony access, a flat-screen TV, and a Primary bath equipped with a tub and separate walk-in shower. The second suite mirrors this comfort with another King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equally inviting, offering 2 cozy Queen beds and a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for family or friends.
This spacious unit is designed to captivate with stunning Gulf views, tile floors in the living room and Primary bedroom, and a flat-screen TV. The highlight, however, is the access to the large private balcony from the living room, where you can gaze out over the Gulf and bask in the coastal ambiance. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November and January. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The place was perfect except few small things. The place was well appointed, love the size of the building that it was small, so it was quiet and easy use of the pool. Love the location with a few places to walk to. Only downside was screen door did not work to the porch and the light in kitchen went on and off. Called Liquid Life, they never took care of it and did not hear back from them about either issue. But in the end, highly recommend the place.

Great view of the beach from the balcony. Having a smaller building was nice for the elevator use. Our only problems were that the person parking next to our designated parking spot repeatedly parked over the line which made parking very difficult at times due to the small parking lot. Also, on the last day check out was 10 am but the codes for the door reset at 9 am and we had to contact the property management to get a new code (which was quick and easy). The dryer for the unit requires multiple cycles for drying a load of clothing so leave yourself time. Overall it was a good week!

Good property, only downfall was the elevator as it seemed to need some renovation. It was kind of jerking and took a second to settle at the end of the lift or lower.

The house was in good shape but the TV and cable wasn’t even starting. Internet was very slow, might be the cheapest internet service.Dryer wasn’t dry cloths proper, it would only tumble dry no matter what you select.Pool need a lot of cleaning, there wasn’t much dirt in the pool but the water wasn’t clear.Everything other than that was great, we had great time, would stay here again if above problems are fixed.Beach view was mesmerizing and the unit was in very good shape other than the things mentioned above.
