Lovely condo that was perfect for our vacation. The host was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. There was also great communication from the property managers about how everything worked. Plenty of room for a large family or group. Daily housekeeping was a nice perk. Awesome deck with plenty of space for everyone to sit, hangout and enjoy the incredible view. They had some snorkel gear in the condo and the building had some pool floaties for everyone to use, which we appreciated. Had all the basics for cooking and eating in if you wanted, but you will need to stop up before coming or make a separate trip into town because there are no stores close by. That being said, the restaurant in the condo was very good as well and had things the whole family could eat - not to mention being very affordable. We ate out on the pool deck most of the time, but they will bring it to your room too, which was very nice. Carlos was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is located on a gorgeous little beach that was relatively uncrowded and perfect for swimming and playing in the sand. Pool was warm and we spent many hours going back and forth between that and the ocean. We would happily return!

Our recent stay booked through VRBO left us with mixed feelings.
Upon arriving at the condo at 8 pm after a long travel day with three young children, we were dismayed to find that it was not clean as expected. The floors were sticky and sandy, trash bins were full, and the beds were bare, lacking sheets or any semblance of fresh linens. We immediately contacted the host, but nothing could be done to remedy the situation until the following morning. The unit was arranged to by cleaned the following morning for which we needed to be out of the condo for four hours. To make matters more complicated, we soon discovered that the unit lacked hot water, and the washing machine was broken.
Despite the setbacks, the redeeming feature of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking beach, views surrounding the condo and the staff at the complex. The natural beauty of the location provided a much-needed respite from the frustrations we experienced with the accommodations.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to work out a partial refund for the inconveniences we encountered during our stay.
We hope that the host will take steps to address these concerns to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
