Designed with soft blues and sandy neutrals, this home offers access to 2 resort style pools, a complimentary 6 seater golf cart, 4 bikes, and total proximity to the food, music, and fun at The Big Chill.

- The Big Chill: Right next door! Walkable food, drinks, shops, live music, and movies on the green.
- Deer Lake State Park: 5 min golf cart ride (our main beach access with parking and restrooms!).
- Alys, Rosemary & Seaside: Under 10 minutes by car or golf cart.

🛏️ Where Everyone Sleeps (Sleeps 9)~
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, and a private en suite bath featuring a walk in shower and double vanity.
- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with boho details, Smart TV, and access to the shared hall bath.
- Guest Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Double over Double bunk bed with a Twin trundle (sleeps up to 5 kids or adults!), Smart TV, and access to the shared hall bath.

- Leave the beach gear to us: Beach umbrella, towels, cooler, wagon, and chairs are provided.
- Starter Kit: We start you off with the basics; included is a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- Premium Bath Amenities: Full-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap.
- Coffee Time: We provide complimentary coffee alongside both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker.
- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full size washer and dryer, plus family extras like a Pack 'n Play, highchair, and baby gate.

🏖️ Beach access:
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access is about a 10 min walk / 5 min golf cart ride away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. *Just note the gate closes at 6pm.*

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 24 min walk away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About a 4 min drive away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps. You can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

✏️ Other things to note:
- Parking: Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door (Unit A). No street parking is allowed, but overflow parking is available in South Prominence.
- Minimum Age: Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Furry Friends: We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we would love for you to bring them along. A one time, non refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Disruptions Disclaimer: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
