At the heart of the village of 'Sauzelle la blanche', you will find for your next holidays a great haven of peace to find you with family or friends close to the forest of Saumonards.
The house designed for the life of several is very well arranged to facilitate your daily life and allow you maximum relaxation. Sea, bike rides or forest will be at the appointment.
The careful choice of materials boldly contrasts with luxurious facilities that make up this unusual scene on the island of Oleron. A swimming pool, a landscaped garden and its wooden terrace with plancha offer an ideal setting for your evening and summer aperitifs. A unique house, large capacity and suitable for both children and adults for an unforgettable holiday in the sea under the sun of the island of Oléron!
Véronique and Fabien decorator and landscaper and their daughter Alizé architect have invested all their passion and know-how to transform this old country farm into an amazing house looking like an industrial loft and those for your enjoyment.
