Beautiful beach front villa. Views can not be beat. Beds very comfortable. We already booked our next stay. Recommend for large group. We had 14 and were comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It reminded my family and I of a family cabin on a lake we used to own in the Midwest. Boan was a great host, and if something wasn’t working properly, he was on it!

It’s a great location and the owner is very communicative. But it does need some maintenance. Broken chairs, sliders don’t open, screen doors need replacing or fixed. The kitchen is poorly stocked. We’ve stayed at many RP properties and this one was not our favorite although the location was great and the owner is great.
