We had an amazing stay! My eight year old is scared of heights and elevators so this unit being on the 3rd floor was the perfect choice. Prior to checking in and through our stay the communication was wonderful. The balcony is amaxing and where my in laws spent most of their time. We saw dolphins from the balcony on 3 days of our stay. I enjoyed the balcony access from the bedroom and waking up with a view. The pool and beach access are very close and convenient. Both are also well maintained. The assigned parking spot was a huge benefit because at certain times the parking lot was full including handicapped spaces. I would drop my elderly in-laws off in-front of the building and then find a spot usually a bit of a walk away. If you are handicapped and do not have someone to drop you off by the front of the building this could be a challenge. We were lucky enough to be here for the 4th of July and got to see so many fireworks. We will definitely book this unit again.

Lovely view and balcony. Nice kitchen and master suite. Really needs modernization for charging phones, etc. as the plugs (once you find them) are awkward for cords.
