The Space:

Step inside to a welcoming open-plan living area, where the lounge, dining and kitchen come together for easy time spent with family and friends. Settle into one of two generous sofas for a relaxed evening in front of the smart TV, while a second TV area gives kids or guests their own place to unwind. The well-equipped kitchen makes meals simple, with modern appliances, a coffee machine, large fridge and plenty of bench space. Four bright red stools bring a playful touch to the breakfast bar, while the dining table seats eight for shared meals and leisurely catch-ups.



Outside, the covered alfresco area looks across the fourth tee of the golf course, creating a lovely shaded setting for long lunches and relaxed BBQ dinners around the large timber table. On warm days, cool off in the fenced swimming pool while the kids enjoy the lawn. A nearby skate park and playground offer even more ways to keep younger guests entertained.



The primary bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite with double sinks. Two queen bedrooms offer inviting spaces to recharge, with one enjoying its own ensuite for added privacy. Two single bedrooms provide cosy retreats for solo sleepers, while the family bathroom has a bathtub, shower and double vanity for easy mornings and evening routines.



Everyday stays are made easier with a spacious laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer, along with a double-car garage. Bath towels are provided; please bring your own towels for enjoying the pool.
