The parking situation is hectic if Baytowne Wharf is busy. You will have to park down the street. A little inconvenient if you have to carry anything or if it’s raining. Owner sent messages with entry process, so that was convenient. We were disappointed with the bed sheet cleanliness. The room itself seemed clean other than someone else’s ice cream in the fridge. Sandestin Hilton area as a whole is nice. The condo building/hotel itself is a bit aged. The window from this particular condo is facing the building across from the sidewalk, so be weary of that if you wanted to watch fireworks, etc. You won’t be able to see them. It is convenient if want to do any activities there, you won’t have to drive anywhere.

Great spot! Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

Great room in a great area! The village is great for kids and adults and you are in the heart of it.

Amazing place to stay at!! Will definitely be coming back!!
