Welcome to 'Chasing Birdies'! This recently renovated Beech Mountain home is updated with new furnishings, updated appliances, and all the comforts of a cozy ski chalet.

Steps away from the Beech Mountain clubhouse, this home comes with the ability to request Beech Mountain Club membership privileges (Beech Mountain Club access fees apply-currently only allowing a transfer of membership. Please inquiry prior to booking, if wanting to use the club). The club has a gorgeous private 18-hole, ridge-top golf course featuring spectacular views of mountain ranges in North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. 10 clay tennis courts, outdoor heated swimming pool, pickleball and a wonderful fitness facility. These activities are seasonal. The Club's expansive recreation program covers everything from art classes to mountain hikes and provides wonderful dining options with unbelievable mountain views. From mid-June until August, you'll find age-specific day camps and in the colder months, there's a winter clubhouse and private ski lodge on the slopes of Beech Mountain Resort.

2026 STAY DATE NOTICE:
With an additional charge, guests staying at this home may choose to have a Beech Mountain Club membership transferred to their name through their 2026 reservation. Please inquire with our reservations team for more details.
2027 + BEYOND: The Beech Mountain Club will no longer allow membership transfers beginning January 1, 2027 and beyond. Only full membership holders will have access to the club after this point.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home has a paved driveway with parking for a max of 3 standard vehicles.
- All linens and towels are provided.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax. Mature, well-trained dogs only. Large dogs okay.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- There is one exterior camera on the property, mounted above the garage overlooking the driveway/parking area.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
