Bright and beachy second floor 2 BR/2 BA vacation getaway overlooking pool and courtyard from screened in balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living. Wood flooring throughout and tastefully decorated accessories. Open and well-stocked full size kitchen that contains all the comforts of home. TV's in living room and bedrooms. Full size washer and dryer in condo for your personal use. New Hvac system 2/22.
Ceiling fans in master bedroom , guest bedroom and living room.
6 Beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy , various coolers and some beach toys are included in this unit.
Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
IF Renting A Golf Cart - Gas Only and must be approved.
No Electric Bikes are allowed on property
One pet is considered based on prior approval up to 25lbs. Mandatory copy of shot records.

Great location, right across the street from the beach. Great pool and pickleball courts. Well organized, clean lodging. Rent a golf cart and take the trolley.

We really enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay! This unit was the perfect size for us- clean, functional with a cute beachy vibe. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes. Loved the beach gear that was available to use- chairs, wagon, coolers, boogie boards. Loved the close proximity to the beach. We hope to be back!

This condo was way above average in every way. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The appliances were modern and all worked as they should. Very good a/c, also great water pressure and lots of hot water. Many household items were already there (dish soap etc). We found it very quiet and peaceful. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely rent this again. Thanks very much.

Love this unit and this complex! The pool is amazing. The people are very nice. Wagner realty doesn’t amazing job and is on top of everything… Super organized! We absolutely love that the unit was completely equipped with everything we needed for the beach and pool!
We would definitely like to come again!
