Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer Shipwatch #307 as our newest addition at Shipwatch which is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront residence.
The Shipwatch community is located on St. Simons Island on a desirable stretch of beach between Massengale Park and the historic Coast Guard Station. Shipwatch has been a favorite family destination for many years. And with just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community for weekend getaways or a comfortable snowbird destination during coastal Georgia's mild winter months.
Each vacation rental residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area and a private balcony.
Shipwatch #307 is located on the top floor with a partial ocean view. The kitchen has been fully renovated with all stainless appliances. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen televisions and ceiling fans for your comfort.
Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn and outdoor grills.
Shipwatch 307 also has it's own dedicated internet line for its guest convenience.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! This was our first time to stay at St Simons while my son went to a conference in the area. We loved ShipWatch condominiums with the pool and access to the beach! I was relieved that there is an elevator since we were on the 3rd floor. Communication was easy via text and email!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our short getaway. The pool was used the most due to the weather being rainy, but that didn’t stop the fun that we had!

Condo was nice but the boardwalk doesn’t take you to the beach like the pictures appeared. Since it had been so rainy, we had to walk a decent way through standing marsh to get from the boardwalk to the beach.
