Whether you seek an afternoon sunning while relaxing with your novel before a sunset stroll down the beach, or an adventurous day out on the water with jet ski rentals or sea-kayaks, this is place for you!!
Our cheerful 3-BR, 2-Bath Beach Cottage is available to rent year-round, whatever your pleasure! With a beach access path to one of the best beaches in the Southeast, an awesome screened front porch with ceiling fan, a handmade hammock, you will get back to the quality life! The Isle of Palms park is a mere 1 block away (with free tennis and fields!), the Marina about a mile away, and don't forget that you are just minutes from top restaurants and nightlife on IOP and Sullivan's Island!

Nice place, close to the beach. We appreciated having plenty of beach chairs we could carry to the beach. We also enjoyed the screened porch.

5 Stars for everything! Betty Lynn and Chip have created a place that has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. The house location is not far at all from the beach or places to eat and explore. There is something to be said for a place that has everything you could need and don't need to worry about packing-- from dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, laundry, dish tabs, and all the beach items you need.. it's all there! The dishes, utensils, and bakeware are nice, not just a hodgepodge of things. They even had fans in all the rooms! they thought of everything!! We came for Spring Break with 3 teen boys, plenty of space, towels, and things for them to do. We will definitely rent again when we come back!
