The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to feel at home, featuring a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need. A washer and dryer, along with basic cleaning supplies, are also available for longer stays or added convenience.

The home now features an updated sleeping arrangement with one bedroom offering a king-size bed, and the second bedroom set up with two full beds—making it a great option for couples or small groups. Both rooms include storage space for your belongings so you can settle in comfortably.

Just outside of town, you’ll find world-class fly fishing, excellent fall hunting, hiking, and off-roading opportunities. Nearby highlights include the Lobatos Bridge Outdoor Classroom, as well as Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve, located near Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs Pool just north of the dunes.
